I am a writer, editor and communications strategist with extensive experience in the non-profit and educational arenas. I have spent the previous ten years working in various capacities for Vanderbilt University – as an editor, writer and communications project manager. My master’s degree in English and secondary education, as well as my time employed at a top-twenty university both as a writer and as an undergraduate admissions counselor, make me particularly well-suited for projects with an educational component.
I am proud to serve on the board of directors at Nashville’s Martha O’Bryan Center, an inner-city family resource center. I also volunteer with the Middle Tennessee Books from Birth Program and serve as a community adviser to Vanderbilt University’s Ingram Scholars Program.
